One of my paper packets I dug out from 2010. Photos are actually from 2010 as well. I picked this layout from the extra project suggestion on the workshop on the go guide. I love these guides because they always remind me of creative ways to use my accessories!

Five year anniversary
This next month marks my fifth active year with close to my heart. The time has flown. I have so many priceless memories preserved and am so thankful for all the work I've done.
I've also made some amazing friends and taken some awesome travels.
I'm looking forward to the next five years and beyond!
This is the charm they sent me as a gift.

Valentines day booklet
I used the paper bag that my daughter decorated as the cover. Then I used the crop a dile to punch holes in all the little cards and tied off to bind it into a book. I glued the teacher's card inside the front cover. I'll include the whole book in her preschool memory book.

With this item coming right at Christmas, I look at everything crafty and wonder to myself: How can I get that on my tree? These little boxes gave me an idea. This is the first year both of my kids are in school. So I put a photo of each kid on a side and then a brief profile of their age, school, teacher name and some of their favorite buddies in class. I used a CTMH stamp set to do the journal side. The paper is leftovers from Miracle and Notebook to throw in a splash of pink for my daughter.

Studio J - Thanksgiving
I finally became a Studio J member after getting to test it out with the free JPG offer a few months back. I really do love it! It's a great way to catch up on older photos that you're maybe just not that excited about enough to do a full traditional layout. I love it!

You&Me Kit on Tea Cups
Look at that adorable face. This is why I love being the domestic graphic designer of the family! These photos deserve to be showcased, not stored in a box or plain ole boring album! As I mentioned in previous post, I have another kit in my personal inventory still available even though this kit is no longer available for ordering. Please let me know if you'd like to purchase it!
Easter 2010 with You&Me Kit
Easter 2011 with PopOut Photos
So this is a fun little trick from the Magic How-To book offered by CTMH. These photos are stacked in a little mini album. I connected it to the base page and then cut out a space in the page protector so you can still enjoy the photos as you are browsing through the album. Love this!! Look at how cute my babies are!

Various Layouts

This is a really old and retired paper packet and I finally put this layout to bed which had been sitting unfinished for years now. I stamped with a non-CTMH stamp. It was the very first rubber stamp I ever owned and it just fit well in this layout so I used it. This was a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium when Joe was probably not even two years old yet. Wow! So long ago!

This layout uses the Mayberry packet and I adore the colors and my babies in this layout. This was the photo session from JC Penney when they were turning age two and age four.
Another JC Penney photo shoot from Amanda's second birthday. I love the way the Sweetheart paper pack matches perfectly with her outfit.
And finally, this was the Workshop on the Go layout from the Sweetheart packet. When I orginally did this layout, I was working with limited photos. Otherwise, I probably would have chosen something else because I'm not crazy about the clashing colors of the many princess dresses. Oh well - We do these layouts and are critical initially but in the future I will look back, love it and be happy that I did it and not be as critical.
CTMH 2011 Convention
The 2011 Convention theme was "When You Wish" and it was a wish come true for me! I was in my favorite place in the world - Disneyland! I was doing one of my favorite activites - scrapbooking! And I was with some of my favorite people on the planet - my CTMH family! It was such a fun and exciting event. We learned about the Cricut joining up with CTMH and got to preview new products and go our hands on the Idea Book. One of my highlights was the Awards Dinner. The food was FANTASTIC. No one does food like the Disneyland Hotel kitchen.
Tri-Lingual Card
So my son is starting a dual language K-6 program in just a few short weeks as summer quickly slips away from us. I made these cards to give as a set to his teacher and also to give to some donors who helped us out with a fundraiser for a non-profit group associated with the program.
