Random Stamping

This is a fun technique you can use to create your own background and texture paper. Use a collection of your stamps in various coordinating colors and stamp them in a patter. I'm not sure why this technique is called random stamping because there's nothing random about it! There is a pattern that is somewhat followed. I used this paticular sheet with a background and texture paper from the Daydream paper packet to complete Amanda's portraits from her sixth month.

There's so much you can do with dimensional elements, this technique idea board shows some great ideas how to use CTMH's dimensional elements.

Thank You Card

I got a new hole punch and used it to make this flower stamp appear on the front even though it's stamped on the inside of the card.

Daydream Layout

I'm loving this layout. It's been awhile since I did a layout for fun that was just for me. This is using the Daydream paper packet and I love the way it works with these photos.

Expo Treats!

There's only one other screapbooking company I get exxcited about.... it's called S.E.I. Yesterday Kelli and I went to a scrapbook Expo. We go about 2 times a year to learn new things and have fun. This was one of the classes I took. It was a lot of fun and I loved this paper ensemble. It went perfect with some of Amanda's baby gym photos.

Amanda's Third Month

Here's a layout I finished this morning using the Amore paper packet and stamps from the Key to My Heart and June Word Puzzle stamp sets. This was Amanda's baby pictures from her third month.

Girl's Day Out

I had a great afternoon hanging out with some friends and doing some craft projects. I love the little notebook holder.

An Easter Gift

This little jar holds almonds and peeps to be given as an Easter gift. It's using Hollyhock ribbon and paper from the Boom-Di-Ada paper packet.

Altered Mineral Makeup Containers

These were so fast and easy to make. I just used empty containers from Bare Minerals makeup and some of my scrap paper and stamps in my collection.

Recent Layouts

I used one of the pre-printed layouts from the Magic Moments kit to do this layout when we became Landon's Godparents last Septemeber in Redding. The kit is still available for purchase! I used the remaining photos in CTMH's 12x12 photo pockets. I love it that my non-scrapbooked photos still get some love!

Mini Card

These were cards I made for a swap with some fellow CTMH ladies. The theme of my card was honoring my dad because the get together fell on the one year anniversary of his passing. What I love about homemade cards is that you can put stamps and personal touches on the inside of the card that you don't often find with store bought cards. You can also make them any size. I love square shaped cards and stationary.
